Start from the question you actually have. Every answer is free with no email required; longer reports can be emailed after you have read them. Every figure shows the rate it used and when that rate was last checked.
What are you trying to work out?

You will get: The date the minimum occupation period ends, and when seller’s stamp duty stops applying.
Use the completion date recorded by HDB, rather than the booking or application date.
- What changed it
- The selected 5-year MOP is counted from the legal completion date you entered.
- What this cannot know
- HDB excludes periods when you did not physically occupy the flat. SERS and ownership changes can follow different rules, so HDB’s recorded date is definitive.
- Next useful step
- Check HDB’s recorded MOP in My Flat →
